It is nice place, clean. All people are friendly. I always feel comfortable to visit here. Especially Dr. Melanie Langford whom i visited. She is very professional, care and attention. Would highly recommend!

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff and environment.the staff gave great directions and were very professional. They have state of the art machinery and testing that makes the exam easier for everyone. The pictures of the nerves and eye are amazing to look at when Doctor reviews them with you. I have not had an exam in 6 years and they made it stress free and easy. The staff is helpful from beginning to end and they do not pressure you to purchase anything They have a great selection and some really nice value deals as well. Will definitely be returning here again and bringing my family here in the future. Highly recommended!!

PLEASE READ MY UPDATED RESPONSE BELOW 6/12: Getting an appointment was a little bit of a pain pre Covid-19 but that soon became the least of my issues with this company. I ordered glasses and contacts from them and both products had problems from the onset. The glasses were ordered and came with small circles imprinted on the lenses. I saw them and inquired if I could get replacements without the circles. They said no problem and that was over a month and a half ago with still no new lenses. Then Covid-19 hit so I gave them a little bit of a break. Shortly thereafter, I ordered contacts as well and after a small delay I received the contacts in the mail and got the same prescription for both eyes. Left is 3.25 and right is 3.75. I received a year's worth of 3.75 only. I reached out late on 4/13 ad still have not received a response as of 4/15. My wife claimed that she had issues when she ordered contacts from them as well. They need to review their ordering process and take a couple courses on customer service because both are terrible. I reached out to Bausch & Lomb for help but they say there is nothing they can do and I have to reach out to the doctor's office. Will update when/if I finally get a response. Response from customer 6/12: I did receive a call Monday regarding this situation from none other than from Dr. Sneag himself who was very apologetic on the phone. After the call I was planning to update my review to 3 even maybe 4 stars for the follow-up. Then I saw the response from the owner on my "unreasonable" review. I was only contacted by his office initially after I contacted them via Facebook. It seems this office does not respond to numerous emails, which had my contact info on it by the way, but only to social media and if it makes them looks bad. I stand by my review as this whole ordeal was botched from the beginning and if you want to hide behind Covid-19 that is fine but I began this process in mid-March so there was plenty of time to get it right. His office did offer an extra month of contacts but that was only conceded after I asked for some sort of compensation for the issues not only with the contacts but the glasses as well. One month of free contacts is but a mere pittance for all the time that I spent attempting to rectify this situation. Seems like the response shifts blame from the manufacturer to Covid with no actual accountability to your office. I am in sales and when my company makes a mistake whether a manufacturer issue or not we take take responsibility in making it right. Thank you and stay safe...

Every one there at family vision is awesome! From the front desk to the assistant in the lab everyone treats me with respect and extreme professionalism. I’ve been going there for over 25 years and from day one they have met my vision needs and have made me feel very confident and comfortable in what I was getting. Dr Sneag and his entire staff are simply the best !!

I don’t know where to begin. I have never been to get my eyes checked, at 34 it was time and I just went here because it was so close to home. I then brought my 3 year old in because of the phenomenal experience I had. I cannot stress how every single staff member I came I to contact with was the best customer service I have ever received at a doctors office, hands down no question.
