I would like to bring to your attention the continued harassment of phone calls voicemails and texts about fake appointments. I stopped going to this office because they moved and were no longer walking distance from my job. I cancelled my appointment in advanced and they confirmed. Then the harassment started. I starting receiving, texts, emails and voicemails about new fake appointments that the office made for me. I texted and email to stop this and they confirmed. Today 3/6, I received a voicemail and text again about another fake appointment. The main issue is their text threat that if I do not contact them, they will charge me $50 cancelling fee. How can a company charge you a fee for a fake appointment they are making for you? Stop doing this and please leave me alone! I do not want to see your office or eye doctor.
My daughter and I have been coming to Invision Optometry for at least 4 years, following the recommendation of a long-time customer. This is a one-stop-shop for your eyecare needs! So far, most visits have been great. The Receptionist is always friendly! She promptly greets us, offers beversges and let's us know someone will be with us shortly. There is a large window where the Assistants/ Technicians sit - from my experience, they are always watching for patients to arrive and promptly come to get us and begin the exam process before the Doctor takes over. I will warn that you should watch out for the upsell as they have equipment for "special" exams, which can be annoying... You can simply decline extra services if you decide. After the exam is complete, there's a sales area and Associate/ Technician, which allows for picking out glasses and frames. Their selection is expansive, with hundreds of options and various price points to choose from. Again, it's best to know your insurance coverages, budget and check the prices of frames before falling in love with them as this would make for a much more pleasant experience. You can also ask to have your prescription printed and shop around. Overall, the staff is friendly and the office is nicely decorated/ set up to create an efficient flow. You meet with at least 4 people during each visit, so be prepared to be at the office for at least 1 hour.
I just moved to San Diego and was looking for an eye doctor I could visit for my annual exam. It was really easy to book an appointment on Invision Optometry’s site. As soon as I arrived for my appointment, the front desk gal was radiating positivity. She was so nice and offered me water/tea/coffee. I got called up for my appointment a few minutes later, and it was a breeze. Dr. Kling was honest and helped me understand all of my eye tests. Thanks for a great experience. They’re now my go-to eye doctor!
Dr. Phil is the best Optometrist in the business. He is patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I have been in business with Dr. Phil for almost 4 years and he is someone you feel glad to recommend to friends and family. Thank you for all you do for us.
This consistently is one of the best experience in a doctors office. Today, Alex made sure that my contacts were ready to be picked up and even called me the night before to confirm. He really coordinates and gets things done in a timely and efficient manner. He humor is infectious and yet he knows when to give good instruction. This is great service, in my opinion. I work in the Hospitality field and Alex is terrific. Also, Brittany at the front desk is wonderful. She always has a smile and greets-each gusset so cordially. She is a great ambassador for as a 'first impression'. This is my 5th or 6th year with Dr. Kling and his team. I will not ever think of going anywhere else. NOTE: to the SD Medical offices- This Optometry center should be a "training course" on how to make patients feel honored. GB
