Big shout out to Sara, she did an amazing job on my highlights. I'm always nervous about getting blonde highlights in my hair since my hair so dark but she did a wonderful job and I could not be happier. Absolutely love the color and the texture of it, she didn't fry it at all. 🙌💁♀️ (which I also worry about) Definitely will be coming back thank you Sara. 😁
Sara!!! the manager is AWESOME :) she is very knowledgeable about hair. Sara took me from a very brittle strawberry blond to a super chic Red wine LOVE IT & HER :) thank you sweets!
I took my kids to the Smartstyle in Santee in the Walmart. I was told 20 m. No big deal. So went and did a little shopping, when I came back they still were not ready. Only 2 people working. One of the ladies finally entered us in the computer, she must be OCD because my daughter had her elbow exactly where her little clipboard HAD to go! Well then we ended up waiting another 15 minutes. In that time they complained about the “mess” from my kids playing in the designated carpet area. Which they did clean up, but hey maybe we they can put up some baby gates or play pens for the kids. I let it go. The my son was carrying there small container of toys and they didn’t like that either (no he was not dropping them). But another worker tried to take them from him, he’s 3. Her reason was that she didn’t want them all over and he needed to stay in the designated kids are, the rug. Finally they called up my daughter. I have 3 kids and my oldest is disabled, she was very excited and wanted to watch her sister get her haircut. The stylist told her, you are in my way you can go sit in the kids area. That was the last straw for me! And when I told the ladies that I was done this and we were leaving they defended there actions and said well we have a designated kid area.
Only because I can't give a zero. When I walked in, I saw someone cutting someone's hair. I asked if she was alone. The person in the chair said no she is not. Then proceeded to ask me what I wanted. I told her I wanted a cut and shampoo. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. When I came back the person who was doing the cut said hi and told me I needed to wait for the person who was now blow drying her hair. She then proceeded to help the person who came in after me. When I tried to get a hold of a manager, I learned the person getting her hair cut and doing her own hair instead of taking care of customers is named Sarah. I tried to call to notify a manager of the horrible customer service I received. Sarah answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that she is not less than me because she is a service person. She then hung up on me, Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Sarah has some major issues and I will notify everyone I know to never set foot in this shop. You will be made to wait while they are doing their own hair and then yell at you when you explain to them it is poor customer service.
