Perfect salon all stylish are professional and they know what they doing
I called around so many places to get an A-Line haircut and color added to my hair. Jenny made me a 3:15 appt for the following day for a cut and color and she said it would take around 4 hours. I have to say that I got one of the best A-line haircuts I have ever gotten from Jenny. She did a great job. The cut and length were perfect. However, she showed up to the appointment about 25 minutes late and acted like it wasn't a big deal and that was hurtful as a customer. I had a very long week at work and I make sure to be on time for my appointments because I know that other people's time are valuable. She was joking with me that she was dress shopping instead of being there on time to my appointment. I laughed because, what else am I going to do? Jenny also proceeded to drop her brushes on the floor several times which I read from other reviews. Once my cut was done Jenny said I would have to come back for color. She had a client right after me at 5:15. She said it was going to take 5 hours. Again, I scheduled color with her. Very upset by this experience. As others said, it was also very hot in the salon and just not a great experience. I called another salon and got color added today and it only took 2 hours and I love it.
I have no review of this salon as I never even made it in! I spent the entire 3 days since I'd purchased the voucher trying to reach Miriam! What a waste of time and energy! I called the first day & whomever answered was very sweet and accommodating when I told her I was interested in a Brazilian Blowout. That is, until I mentioned my Groupon. Suddenly, her sweet demeanor disappeared entirely and she began listing all the various additional fees I'd be responsible for! So I said, ok and just asked her to have Miriam call me.... nothing. So the next day I decided NOT to mention Groupon to the next stylist who answered the phone. She promised to make sure that Miriam called me as soon as she arrived in approximately an hour....still nothing! So I begin calling back, once/hour. Most times the phone just rang. But I did have the opportunity to leave 3 different voicemails. Probably after hours. I'm sure they were screening my calls and simply refusing to answer! On one instance, they actually picked up the phone, then hung up on me immediately! I have never been treated so appallingly in my life! I understand their dismissiveness, thinking there was probably no money to be made off me. But I have $50-100 to tip and the potential of becoming a loyal client! I LOVE Groupon and have never had such a discouraging experience with any other merchant! Needless to say, I was thoroughly shocked! Very relieved, however, that I was able to get a full refund! I'd refer a root canal, no anesthetic, before I'd refer this salon to anyone!!
Kinda hard to find. Could use some updating. Difficult to schedule an appointment.
Amazing place to get your hair cut. Top quality service and the hair stylists definitely show experience. Great prices as well!
